Jet Therapy Fat and Cellulite Reduction

All you need is a little "Fresh Air"

Its a fact! The only way to remove cellulite is to physically break open the fat cells and allow the fat to spill into the intercellular fluid as waste material. From there it needs to be flushed out of the system through stimulating the lymphatic system and improving the circulation of the blood. The best way to achieve this is to use Jet Therapy, pure air massage that will break open the fat cells and help the body to flush out the waste material by improving the circulation.

You've tried all the other stuff. Now get rid of cellulite for good!

What is Cellulite?

Cellulite is the "fat" you can't seem to lose. While normal fat can be lost with the usual regiment of diet or exercise, cellulite cannot because it is more than simple fat. It is a gel-like substance made up of fat, water and wastes that are trapped in lumpy, immovable pockets just beneath the skin. These pockets of "fat-gone-wrong" act like sponges that can absorb water, blow up and bulge out, resulting in the ripples and flabbiness you see.

Because cellulite is not regular fat even the most stringent weight reduction diet fails. When the normal intake of food is cut down, the body automatically burns its own reservoir of stored fat. On a low-calorie diet fat will be reduced in many areas but the cellulite bulges will remain. They do not burn up like normal fat. The cellulite diet is one that purifies the body of excess water and wastes without forcing it to burn fat in unnecessary areas. This diet avoids those foods that tax an already over-burdened system as they contribute to cellulite formation.

Jet Therapy and Cellulite

a. It reduces Cellulite

Cellulite cannot be remedied by simple dieting alone.  Because of the scar tissue trapping the toxins in the connective tissue external manipulation of some kind is required to break through and allow the toxins to escape. The improved circulation speeds up the blood and lymphatic flow in the area and assists with the drainage of the toxins to the lymph nodes and excretory organs. For this reason there is an increase in urinary output associated with cellulite treatment by Jet Therapy.

b. It detoxifies the body

Therapy increases the activity of the lymphatic and circulatory systems thereby improving the body's ability to remove toxins from the tissues, filter them through the lymphatic and urinary systems and removes them in the urine. As a result the urinary output is increased, and there is an increase in expiration via the skin via the sweat glands, which are also effective in the removal of toxins from the skin. more

Symptoms of Cellulite

Why cellulite settles in certain areas is still the subject of great controversy among experts many of whom coincide the condition with hormonal changes. Although cellulite may be particular about where it strikes, it is not particular about whom it strikes. Women of all shapes and sizes, of all weights and ages are vulnerable. Cellulite has no prejudice.

How to recognise Cellulite

Now you know cellulite is different from regular fat. You know it is always found in the same areas. But how do you recognise it?

Visually, fat and cellulite are very different. Regular fat, when squeezed, is smooth in texture. In appearance it does not show any ripples or lumps.

To discover if you have a cellulite problem there is one simple test that cannot fail.

How do you test for Cellulite?

Press (or squeeze) the tissues between the thumb and index finger or between the palms of both bands. If cellulite is present, the skin ripples and looks like an orange peel. There is also a characteristic sensitivity, not present when you squeeze a non-cellulite or simple fat area.

At a more advanced stage the ripples will be noticeable without applying any pressure. Tissues will be flabby and sensitivity will be diminished in most cases.

How Serious is Cellulite?

Circulation problems and cellulite seem to go hand-in-hand. Cellulite generally selects areas that have poor circulation to begin with and once it forms it slows circulation even more. When this happens the legs often feel heavy and tired especially at the end of the day.

Sitting down for long periods creates a circulation blockage in the lower part of the body. Frequent crossing of the legs and wearing tight, restrictive underwear -especially girdles - all aggravate poor circulation.

People with cellulite frequently find themselves with unattractive broken blood vessels and troublesome varicose veins. Bruises are also often a problem and the slightest bump can produce a discolouration

How do we treat Cellulite?

Ideally you should have a detoxification massage followed by ten cellulite treatments and finish with another detoxification massage.  Prices are set by each clinic individually. You should see results after 6 treatments.  There are quite large individual differences. Our clinics reflect a 92% success rate with typical average cm losses varying between 14 and 20 cms depending upon the average age of the clinic patients concerned.

How do you keep the Cellulite away?

You need to eat good food, do moderate exercise, drink lots of water and have regular Jet Therapy massage. There is no other scientifically proven way of reducing cellulite, other than through deep massage or surgery, because the cell containing the cellulite fat needs to be broken open for the fatty material to be absorbed and flushed out of your body through the lymphatic system.  That is why you should have the Detox treatment because that stimulates the lymphatic system to hasten the removal of the broken down fat through your kidneys and urine.

However what you must remember  is that once you have completed a cellulite course you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle to keep your body looking and feeling good and more importantly keep the cellulite away.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it really work? Have you seen results?

Yes Jet Therapy really does work, have a look at just some of the many testimonials on our website, as proven with thousands of case studies worldwide. We are FDA approved which means Jet Therapy has gone through the most stringent clinical testing and with the strictest scientific standards world-wide to achieve this recognition.

How long does a treatment last? Do you work just on my problem areas?

Treatments vary from 30-55mins depending on which treatment you are having for which part of the body. If you have cellulite in most places we work on stimulating your circulation and encouraging elimination for the first 1-6 treatments and thereafter start working on your problem areas. Alternatively if you just have a little problem area then we would concentrate on this early in the program but still do a general circulation treatment prior to each session.

How many treatments before I see results?

You should start seeing and feeling significant changes from 2nd-6th treatment if not earlier, but the average number of suggested treatments is 16-20 for a more noticeable result as some clients cellulite moves quicker than others depending on the severity of it. We recommend fortnightly/monthly maintenance treatments to keep the cellulite at bay & to continue the increased circulation. We also recommend continuous treatments for those who wish to continue losing more centimetres.

Will Jet Therapy help me lose weight?

No, the Jet Therapy machine has not been proven to aid in weight loss. Although most clients seem to lose anywhere from .5kg-6kg during the 4wk Starter Program due to the healthy lifestyle choices they have made when committing to our program.

The shorts act as a compression garment to keep in the heat & continue to keep the circulation working fast. The faster and warmer your circulation in your problem areas is the faster the cellulite will continue to break down and leave your body.

What is the difference between Jet Therapy and liposuction?

Jet Therapy is non invasive, unlike liposuction. Some clients choose Jet Therapy prior to liposuction as we can break it down into smaller particles easier to move out by means of liposuction. Alternatively some of our clients have Jet Therapy after liposuction as the remaining harder tissue (cellulite) cannot always be sucked out with liposuction.

Why does Jet Therapy take before and after treatment photos?

Measuring is not always as accurate as what a photo is. Some clients do not recognize how much they have lost until they see the photos at the beginning, half way and at the end of their starter program.

Will the Jet Therapy photos be used in anyway without my knowledge?

Only our therapists and yourself will ever see the photos. Alternatively should we ask you for a testimonial, this will be in writing seeking your authority for educational or promotional purposes.

It is very important that the client drinks at least 2litres of water daily to minimize the feeling of thirst and headaches due to dehydration and elimination process.
